FAQ
When does my plan start?
For most plans, when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination. Installing it at home doesn't start the clock.
Can I install the same QR code twice?
Usually not. Don't delete the eSIM from your phone until your trip is over.
Do I get a phone number?
No, plans are data only. WhatsApp, iMessage and similar apps keep using your normal number.
What if it doesn't work?
Check that data roaming is on for the eSIM and that it's selected for mobile data. Still stuck? Email [email protected] with your order number.
Refunds
If we can't issue your eSIM, you're refunded automatically. See the refund policy for other cases.
