Terms of Service

  2. Service. We sell prepaid data-only eSIM plans supplied by third-party network partners. Coverage and speeds depend on local networks.
  3. Device compatibility. You are responsible for making sure your device supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked before buying.
  4. Delivery. The eSIM is delivered digitally (QR code on screen and by email), normally within minutes of payment.
  5. Validity. The plan validity period starts when the eSIM connects to a supported network at the destination, unless the plan says otherwise.
  6. Fair use. Plans are for personal use. Tethering, resale or abusive use may lead to suspension.
  7. Prices. Prices include VAT where applicable.
  8. Liability. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the plan.
